1. Description of the Service

Longleaf Picks publishes college football spread predictions, win-probability estimates, and related statistical analysis generated by our proprietary models, alongside publicly available sportsbook lines and prediction-market data for comparison. The Service is offered on a subscription basis and is intended solely for informational and entertainment purposes.

2. Not Gambling Advice & No Guaranteed Results

Longleaf Picks is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not provide betting, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Our predictions, "picks," win percentages, and all other content are model outputs based on historical and statistical data — they are opinions for informational and entertainment purposes only, not guarantees or recommendations to place any particular wager.

Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Any accuracy figures, win rates, or backtested performance statistics we publish (including on our homepage or in marketing materials) describe past model performance on historical data and are not a promise, guarantee, or reliable indicator of future results. You should never wager more than you can afford to lose, and any decision to place a bet, and the outcome of doing so, is entirely your own responsibility.

3. Eligibility & Responsible Gambling

The Service is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or subscribe. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all laws applicable to sports wagering and prediction-market participation in your jurisdiction, including any minimum age requirement (which is 21 in many U.S. states). If sports wagering is illegal where you live, you may still use the Service for informational purposes, but you may not use it to place illegal wagers.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Access to picks and premium content is provided through a recurring monthly subscription. New subscribers receive a free first month; unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid, recurring monthly plan and you will be billed at the then-current subscription price on each renewal date until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund or credit for any part of the current billing period already paid for — you will retain access through the end of that period. All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing prospectively, with notice posted on the Service before the change takes effect for existing subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, republish, or redistribute paywalled content or your account access with anyone who is not an authorized user of your account;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service outside of any access we explicitly provide;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including placing wagers where sports betting is illegal;
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security; or
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Longleaf Picks or use our name, model outputs, or content to imply an endorsement that does not exist.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our predictive models, underlying software, design, text, and data presentation (but not third-party data we display, such as sportsbook lines or team logos, which remain the property of their respective owners), is owned by Plasch Analytics LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may reference or link to third-party sportsbooks, prediction markets, or payment processors. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, availability, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party's own terms, and any wager or transaction you make through one is between you and that third party, not us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prediction, statistic, or piece of content will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plasch Analytics LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or gambling losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plasch Analytics LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 5.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as a notice on the Service or by email). Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
